10/4/2017 0 Comments Week 3My goal this week is to run my 100 meter dash in 12 seconds. In order to reach that goal I have to continue to eat the right things. In order for me to reach my goal this week I have to run a lot, which I have been doing in the past couple of weeks. I run a lot in gym, and at home. I still run around my complex, and up and down hills. When I go to the track I run a lap which is my warm up lap and then I stretch. Then I run my 100, and record my time. I have my cousin help me with my times when I run, and she also motivates me to run faster.
